We were ordering our meal prep from Shef and Cook Unity and La Perle is better! The food is fresh, tastes really good, the portion sizes are good and it doesn't have the high sodium content that the other premade meals have. Definitely recommend!

Shrimp are plump and the Creole seasoning has real depth, not just cayenne dumped on top. Peppers and rice soak up all that flavor. This is a wicked good bowl
